Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (Lawliss, J.), entered March 10, 2005, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondents’ child to be neglected.

Immediately following the birth of respondents’ daughter, the ninth child of respondent Melinda E.
