Before the court is Plaintiffs Motion to Remand [Docket No. 12] and Motion to Stay [Docket No. 26]. Plaintiff asks that the court stay this case pending its ruling on the Motion to Remand. Because the court renders its ruling on the Motion to Remand here, the court hereby DENIES the Motion to Stay as MOOT. 1 For the reasons delineated below, the Motion to Remand is DENIED.
