John R. Baker, as trustee, recovered a judgment of $6419.07 in the circuit court of Cook county, against the defendant, Adelbert Brown. The action was based upon a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county, Oklahoma, (hereinafter referred to as the Oklahoma court,) for $4744.39, entered on September 14, 1932. An appeal ■ was taken to the Appellate. Court for the First District, where the judgment of the circuit court was reversed and judgment entered in favor of the defendant.
