Appellee E. B. Kincaid, for himself and as next friend for E. B. Kincaid, Jr., joined by his wife, Lucille Kincaid, brought this suit against the Humble Pipe Line Company for damages occurring to each of these appellees, by reason of injuries sustained as a result of a collision between a truck operated by appellant's employe and an automobile owned and driven by E. B. Kincaid, and in which automobile Lucille Kincaid and E. B. Kincaid, Jr., were riding at the time of the collision.
