This is an original application for a writ of prohibition to prohibit T. L. Brown, as jndge of the district court of the Second judicial district, and Hiram Stephens, as sheriff of Eogers county, from further proceeding in a certain cause pending in said court wherein the state of Oklahoma ex rel. Wm. M. Hall, as county attorney of Eogers county, is plaintiff, and J. P. Yan Brook, one Wells, and S. S. Sangor are defendants.
