This suit by an heir at law challenges the validity of certain features of a will, and seeks a judicial construction of the will touching the disposition of the residuary estate.
The testator, W. E. Treadwell, in his lifetime was a citizen of Anthony, in Harper county. He died in 1918 seized of con*32siderable real estate and of about $75,000 worth of personal property.
