Plaintiff Roberta Schwartz appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, William H. Pauley III, Judge, denying her petition to vacate an arbitration decision that rejected her claims asserting principally that defendant Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (“Merrill Lynch” or the “Firm”), her employer, discriminated against her on the basis of gender in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”).
