By this bill in equity plaintiffs seek injunctive relief and damages allege'd to have been sustained in consequence of the defendant common carrier rebating and discriminating in favor of the other defendant. We formerly reviewed and denied defendants’ motion to dismiss on the ground that the bill of complaint did not state a cause of action. Federal Gravel Co. v. Railway Co., 248 Mich. 49. The facts alleged in the bill and the relief sought are quite fully stated in the reported case.
