Melody Linstrom, now known as Melody Kleinschmidt, appeals a summary judgment in favor of Linda Christianson, Richard Kammerud, Polk County and the Polk County Department of Social Services (collectively the county). Kleinschmidt's suit against the four defendants was dismissed for failure to commence an action within six months from the date her claim was "deemed disallowed" under sec. 893.80(1)(b), Stats.
