This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals 1 reversing the circuit court's order 2 granting the City of Sheboygan's (the City's) motion to dismiss this action as untimely under the six-month statute of limitations in Wis. Stat. § 893.80(lg) (2003-04). 3 The major issue on review is whether the City complied with the requirements of § 893.80(lg) for serving a notice of disallowance of claim on the claimant, Richard G.
