Pauline Garcia, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was tried with Jesus Costillo upon an information charging her and Costillo jointly with feloniously receiving stolen goods. The jury returned its verdict finding both defendants guilty as charged. Defendant filed her motion for a new trial, which was denied, and she was thereupon adjudged guilty and sentenced to a term of not less than three nor more than four years in the penitentiary.
