Plaintiffs David and Rosemary Price bring this § 1983 suit pro se against four Topeka, Kansas police officers: Defendants William Cochran, Robert Helm-kamp, Bill Wempe and Mark Grayson. Plaintiffs allege that the officers violated Plaintiffs’ Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights by falsely arresting and maliciously prosecuting Mr. Price, falsely imprisoning Mrs. Price, and illegally searching their home.
