Before the court for disposition are preliminary objections filed on behalf of the defendant Golden Hill Nursing Home, Inc. (“Golden Hill”) in response to the complaint filed on behalf of plaintiff Michael David Gula, individually and as Executor of the Estate of Michael Gula.
