OPINION

TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for murder. After the jury found appellant guilty, the court assessed punishment at fifty years.

In his first ground of error, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. The State relied on circumstantial evidence.

Peter Dzwonczyk testified that he and his wife went to the home of the deceased, Fannie Kimball, at 5:30 p. m. on October 26, 1976. He stated that the deceased ran a boarding house on Austin St. in Houston. The deceased, seventy-three years old at the time of her death, had five tenants…
