OPINION
LEVY, Justice.
A jury found appellant guilty of murder and the court assessed punishment at confinement for 20 years.
Appellant and Kenneth Ray Bush, the deceased, had a long-standing quarrel concerning some money that appellant purportedly owed Bush. On December 11, 1980, Bush went to appellant’s house looking for him. When he discovered that appellant was not at home, Bush located him by telephone and requested that he return home.
