The United States District Court for the District of Vermont has certified to this Court the following question: Whether plaintiff Janice Egri’s claim under the Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act, 21 V.S.A. §§ 495-496, is governed by the three-year statute of limitations of 12 V.S.A § 512(4) or the six-year statute of limitations of 12 V.S.A. § 511.
