*779A house owned by T. J. Crowe, in the town of Walton, was destroyed by fire about two o’clock in the afternoon of June 2, 1914. The property was situated between the rights-of-way of the appellee on the east and the L. & N. R. R. Co., on the west. It was insured for $1,000.00 in the appellant company and for a like amount in the Hartford Insurance Company.
