—In an action, inter alla, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Driscoll, J.), entered March 31, 1998, which granted the defendants’ motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the defendants’ motion which was to dismiss the plaintiff’s first cause of action insofar as asserted against the defendant Leonard W.
