On March 17, 1937, between seven and seven ¡thirty o’clock in the evening, plaintiff herein, Elie Meaux, was returning to his home in his horse-drawn buggy, from a visit to a physician in Dusson, whom he and his wife had gone to consult for their infant child who was -also in the buggy with them.
