MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER RE SANCTIONS FOR BAD FAITH FILING
LISA HILL FENNING, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court on a motion for sanctions against the debtor and its attorney in connection with the dismissal of the debtor’s chapter 11 case on the grounds of bad faith filing. All major creditors and the United States Trustee joined in the motion for dismissal. Michael Feddersen, conservator of the estate of Dr. Richard J. Mazurek; Nicholas Labedz, as successor trustee of the Richard J. Mazu-rek Trust; and Bank of America were the moving creditors who conducted the…
