AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

There are currently pending before the court two motions that raise the recurring question of whether a Chapter 11 debtor filed its petition in good faith. N.R. Guaranteed Retirement, Inc. (“N.R.”), the debt- or, was incorporated less than three weeks before it filed its petition. Its only substantial asset is an office and retail building in downtown Chicago, with associated leases and a cause of action, burdened by two mortgages.
