(after stating the facts as above). The facts which determine the rights of the parties in this case are uncon-troverted. The land in controversy was allotted by Jennie Peter, who, by two contracts, dated respectively the 3rd of September, 1902, and the 19th day of March, 1903, leased the same to the Wewoka Realty & Trust Company, a corporation of Wewoka, Indian Territory, for a term of five years beginning the first day of January, 1903.
