Lin this suit for personal injuries, Plaintiffs appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand with instructions.
FACTS
On November 16, 2006, Darlene Kay Tyson was operating a motor vehicle *720southbound on Louisiana Highway 3225 (Highway 3225), a two-lane roadway in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, approaching its intersection with Ates Road.
