GENOVESE, Judge.

|,Plaintiffs, John Scarborough and Re-nea Scarborough, individually, and on behalf of their minor children, John Kevin Scarborough and Patrick Cody Scarborough, appeal the trial court’s grant of a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant, General Insurance Company of America, dismissing their claims. Interve-nor, Bridgefield Casualty Insurance Company, answers the appeal, and also seeks a reversal of the grant of summary judgment which dismissed its claim in intervention. For the following reasons, we affirm.
