This is a consolidated appeal from two temporary certificates 1 issued by the FPC to Algonquin, governing excess production of synthetic gas from a plant certified in Opinion No. 637, 48 FPC 1216 (1972). 2 The record, briefs and argument leave us uncertain as to the nature of the certificates, and identification of precise objections of petitioner and responses of the Commission.
