Richard A. Leavitt, Jr. appeals from the judgments entered on his convictions of aggravated trafficking in marijuana, 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 1103 and 1105 (1983 & Supp. 1992),1 and conspiracy to traffic marijuana,2 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 151, 1103 (1983),3 following a jury trial in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Perkins, J).
