[¶ 1] Kirk E. Gould appeals from a judgment of conviction of gross sexual assault (Class A), 17-A M.R.S. § 253(1)(B) (2011), and gross sexual assault (Class B), 17-A M.R.S. § 253(2)(H) (2011), entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Hunter, J.) following a jury trial.
