This cause came before the Court for a hearing upon Defendants The Cell Xchange, Inc. and James R. Rathbone’s (collectively, the “TCX Defendants”) Motion for Protective Order and Temporary Stay of Discovery (Doc. 41) and Plaintiffs’ response in opposition thereto (Doc. 54).
