Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) & (d), when they refused to rent forklifts and other material handling and personnel moving equipment from MCM.
