This is an appeal by the Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P) from interim orders issued by the department of public utility control (DPUC) on April 4,1985 (the April 4 order), and September 4,1985 (the September 4 order), and from the DPUC’s denial on February 19,1986, of CL&P’s petition for rescission of those orders.
