I. Statement of the Case
Pursuant to General Statutes § 16-35 and § 4-183, the plaintiff, Eastern Connecticut Regional Water Co., Inc., (Eastern) appeals a decision of the defendant, the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC), regarding the plaintiff's application for approval of amended rate schedules.
