2Per curiam
The decedent, a German citizen, perished in a fatal helicopter crash on April 26, 1985, when the helicopter in which he was a passenger plunged into the East River and he allegedly was unable to free himself from his restraining lapbelt. This action to recover damages for his wrongful death ensued. It is alleged that the defendants Island Helicopter Corp. (hereinafter IHC), Island Helicopter, Inc.
