In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated November 1, 1995, which granted the motions of the defendants American Trans Air, Inc., and Sceptre Tours & Charter, Inc. to dismiss the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
