ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment. (Docket no. 5.) For the reasons set out below, the motion will be granted.

Plaintiff Vernon Dear was employed by G & A Transportation, Inc. In 2002, G & A purchased a group accident policy from defendant Union Central Life Insurance Company.
