Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Secretary of State, dated September 25, 1984, which, after a hearing, found that the petitioner had demonstrated untrustworthiness and incompetency as a real estate broker, and imposed a penalty.

Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, with costs.
