This is a writ of error brought to reverse a judgment in favor of the defendant in error rendered by the Town Court of West Hartford in an action of summary process. The instrument involved is entitled a “Lease and Agreement” and was executed on May 12,1955, between Saxony Bake Shop-Delicacies, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, and Mayron Keizerstein. The corporation was the lessee of a building in West Hartford in which it conducted a delicatessen and retail bakery business.
