MEMORANDUM

OBERDORFER, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the defendant’s objections to the fee application filed by the “security cleared expert” Special Master 1 and the reply of the plaintiff-intervenor 2 to those objections. The original appointment was the subject of an unsuccessful Government petition to the Court of Appeals for a writ of mandamus (or more accurately prohibition) of the appointment.
