This matter is before the court on the motion of defendant Shell Oil Company for summary judgment. 1 Plaintiff claims that a number of his cattle became diseased and died as a result of ingesting the oral larva-eide tetrachlorvinphos, commonly known by its trade name Rabón Oral Larvacide, or R.O.L.
