At the May term, 1917, of the county court of Edgar county, the defendant in error, the county collector of that county, made his application for judgment and order of sale of certain lands and lots for unpaid and delinquent special assessments levied by the city of Chrisman, in that county. The collector’s return is as follows: “Mary M. Glick, subdivision lot 6, C. C. Sub. N. E. Sec. 35-16-12, Madison street paving, Chrisman, $172.36; A. P. Williams, subdivision E.
