Pursuant to this Court’s Opinion and Order dated February 28, 2011, 2011 WL 1304910, this matter was tried before the Court, as to the issue of damages only, on March 1 and 2, 2011. At the conclusion of trial, the Court instructed the parties to file proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law within two weeks from the date that the trial transcripts were made available to them.
