DEVITT, Chief Judge.
Two issues are presented here by motions to quash service of process and for *1100dismissal. The first issue is as to the legal effectiveness of service of process upon a nonresident defendant. The second issue is as to the sufficiency of plaintiff’s complaint to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
