Appeal by the People from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered August 15, 1962 upon defendants’ pleas of guilty, convicting them of possession of policy slips as a misdemeanor (Penal Law, § 975) and imposing a fine of $25 against each defendant. The fines were paid. Judgment as against each defendant reversed on the law, fines remitted, pleas of guilty set aside, and action remittted to the Criminal Term of the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings not inconsistent herewith.
