The plaintiff commenced this action on the 20th day of June, A. D. 1892, in the Court of Common Pleas for Chesterfield County, in this State. The complaint substantially alleged that Queen Ann Johnson departed this life during the year 1886, leaving her surviving as her heirs at law the plaintiffs and the defendants, except J. Henry Johnson; that the said Queen Ann Johnson died seized of a tract of land, containing 800 acres, situate in Chesterfield County, which tract of land had been conveyed to the said Queen Ann Johnson by her…
