Auto Club Property-Casualty Insurance Company sought a declaration that it is not liable to defend or indemnify insured parties after a firework struck B.T. in the eye as a result of the insured parties’ alleged negligence. The district court granted summary judgment in Auto Club’s favor, holding that the policy specifically excluded payment for the injury suffered *411in this case. For the following reasons, we reverse.
