On April 4, 2012, Plaintiff Nick Kovach (“Mr. Kovach”) sued his former employer, Turner Dairy Farms, Inc. (“Turner Dairy”), and his former union, the Service Personnel and Employees of the Dairy Industry, Local Union No. 205 (“Local 205”)1, as well as two Local 205 members, William Lickert, Jr., (“Mr. Lickert”) and Greg Shafer (“Mr. Shafer”). Mr. Kovach repeatedly amended his Complaint and finally settled on asserting a variety of federal, civil and state law tort claims against the collective Defendants.
