This is an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile collision. The plaintiff-appellant claims that the accident was the result of negligence on the part of two physicians in prescribing drugs to the plaintiff. The trial cotut sustained a motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of the defendant-appellee, Albert C. Harms, M. D.
