The facts alleged in plaintiff’s brief tend to show that on duly 12, 1920, one Asa H. Hancock was a regularly employed member of the fire department of plaintiff, and that on that day he was accidentally killed in the course of his employment. Proceedings were had for compensation before the defendant Industrial Commission (hereinafter called Commission) on the part of the father and mother of deceased, claiming to be his dependents.
