MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
ROBINSON, District Judge.
I.BACKGROUND:
On or about February 19, 2004, Norma Evans-Gadsden (the “Plaintiff’) filed an amended complaint (the “Amended Complaint”) in connection with this matter. The Amended Complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was subjected to racial discrimination, adverse workplace conditions and a hostile working environment in connection with her employment as a legal secretary at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP (“Bernstein Litowitz”).
