OPINION

Blume, Justice.

The plaintiff, Ben Vissenberg, brought an action against the defendants, Nan Bresnahen and Winnifred Bresnahen, for damages sustained by reason of conversion by the defendants of a stock of merchandise and accessories. Upon demand of the plaintiff, the case was tried to a jury. They returned a verdict in favor of the defendants, and the plaintiff has appealed to this court upon the grounds that the verdict and judgment are not sustained by sufficient evidence, are contrary to the evidence, and contrary to law.
