SIBLEY, Circuit Judge.
Sipriano Esteves, a Spanish citizen, sued Lykes Bros. Steamship Company at law for $25,000 in the District Court at Galveston, Tex., alleging the defendant to be a domestic corporation (the answer admits a charter under the laws of Louisiana) with its principal place of business at Galveston. No question of federal jurisdiction or venue is made.
